Smart Grids and Smart Folders
Smart Grids are a new feature that allow you to save a customized grid view. You can change the columns you see, and the order in which they appear.
How do I change my grid?
You can customize your grid view by clicking the "Layout" button in the menu bar on top.
This will open a small window with an Available Columns section and a Show Columns in this Order section.
The categories listed in the "Available Columns" section are the columns that you can not currently see in your grid view.
The "Show Columns in this Order" are the categories you do see, and in what order they appear (left to right is represented as top to bottom of the list).
You are able to move categories to and from these sections by highlighting the column header and clicking the green arrows to move them over, as well as in what order to customize your grid view. Click on the "Accept" button once you have completed customizing your grid layout.
*You also have the ability to change your grid layout by clicking and dragging the columns from the main grid into your desired order.
Smart Folders
If you would like to use this layout in the future, click the "Create Folder" button also located on the top menu.
Give your new Smart Folder a name and it will be saved for future use. Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page once the folder is named.
Your saved Smart Folders can be found on the left side of your screen.
