Operational Notifications
Operational Notifications (OPNs) are a way to publish various updates, such as Operational Updates, Quality Summaries, WADFs, Unplanned Outages, and more.
They are created and uploaded by Facility Operators.
Why can I not see any Operational Notifications?
If no Operational Notifications appear in Petrotranz, you have not been subscribed to a system group which uses Operational Notifications.
You are able to subscribe to Operational Notifications by clicking on your "user" button in the top right corner and selecting "Profile".
Your user profile will open.
Go to the "Subscriptions" tab, and select the "System Group(s)" you would like to receive Operational Notifications for by using the picker icon.
Once you have selected the "System Group"(s) you would like to subscribe to, click "Accept".
Before exiting your user profile ensure you click the "Save" button located at the top left of the screen. If you do not save you will not be subscribed to Operational Notifications.
