How do I change a facility on my form?
If you have a new pending form you will be able to change the facility anytime prior to submission.
If the form has been submitted, received, accepted, rejected, or revised you will be unable to change the facility.
Instead, you will need to zero out the form and submit with 0.0 as the volume.
For a Form A, go to the "Forecast Volumes" tab and change all volumes to 0.0.
For a Split, right click and select "Edit FAV" to update the final actual volume to 0.0.
Once the final actual volume is updated, go to the "Actual Volumes" tab to change all Shipper Splits volumes.
For forms with WIOs, click the green check mark and change the Business Associate volume to 0.0.
Upon submitting we recommend entering a brief comment such as "Form zeroed out due to incorrect To Facility".
