What is the Facility Portal for?
I heard Petrotranz has multiple portals, what is the Facility Portal for?
The Facility Portal is for receiving forms, submitting select forms, and submitting reports!
The Facility Portal is used for submitting and receiving a variety of different forms and reports!
Facility Operators can use their Facility Portal to Receive, Accept, Reject, and Approve:
Form As
Shipper Splits
Notice of Shipment
Raw Gas Form As
Liquids Form As
Liquids Splits
Liquids Notice of Shipment
Within the Facility Portal, Facility Operators can create and submit:
Form Cs/ERVs
Flow Through Form As
Consolidated Liquids Form As
Consolidated Liquids Splits
External from Petrotranz, Facility Operators can create the following and then import them into Petrotranz for review:
Volumetrics
Form C Reports
Draft Shipper Balance Reports
Shipper Balance Reports
Producer Feedback Reports
Producer Activity Reports
Contracted Commitment Reports
Equalization Invoices
Single Shipper Netout Invoices
Tariff Invoices

There are also a few administrative abilities available within the Facility Portal.
Managed Facilities and System Groups can be created and maintained by Facility Operators who receive Form As/Splits and Notice of Shipment forms each month.
