What is a Draft Shipper Balance Report?

Draft Shipper Balance Reports are reports submitted by a Facility to a Shipper during the Production month of the 3-month cycle. The report includes the Shipper's volumetric account balance at a specific receiving facility. The report will also include carry over inventory of the previous month's balance, purchased lease receipt volumes, and purchases and sales from/to other counterparty shippers. This report will be regularly updated during the course of the production month to reflect changing volumes.
