What is a Shipper Balance Report?
Shipper Balance Reports are reports submitted by a Facility to a Shipper during the Reporting month of the 3-month cycle. The report includes the Shipper's volumetric account balance at a specific receiving facility. The report will also include carry over inventory of the previous month's balance, lease receipt volumes, and purchases and sales from/to other counterparty shippers. This report is the final statement of the month's delivery.
