What is a Form C Report?

Form C Reports are prepared by the receiving Facility Operator and submitted to the Shipper Marketer of the specific delivery. These reports are used to summarize all forecasted volumes for Shippers at individual facilities. Form C Reports are based off of Form A projections and show the product type, receiving facility, operators of delivering facility, delivering facility, and forecasted volume by delivery.

There are two types of Form C Reports:

PDX - Form C Reports are created externally and published to Petrotranz.
