My form has the wrong From/To Facilities, what should I do?
The From and To Locations on a form will be locked in and be unable to be changed. Right click on a form to either Recall or Revise if it has already been Submitted, Received, Approved, or Rejected.
This will bring the form back into a Pending status.
You can now change the volume to 0 and enter a comment explaining why you are sending a form with a volume of 0.
Submit the form to the To Facility Operator.
Now you will be able to create a new form with the correct From/To facility combination and the correct forecast or splits volumes.
