Why can't I update my Submitted Forms?
In order to make changes to any forms, the forms must be in "Pending" status. Once the form has been submitted, you can right click on it and choose "Recall" to bring the form back into "Pending" status and double click on it to open the form and edit the information.
After the first submission, some information, such as the "Delivery Details", will not be able to be changed.
