How do I template a Form A?

Individual Form As can be templated by right clicking on the form line you want to template and choosing "Template".

A small popup window will open, allowing you to select the month and where the templated volumes will come from.

NOTE: Liquids Form As and Consolidated Liquids Form As can be templated by right clicking and choosing their respective template option. The same window will open as for a Form A.

How do I template a Split?

Individual Splits can also be templated by right clicking and choosing "Temp. Split".

You will need to verify the "Delivery Date", enter a "Final Actual Volume", and check the check boxes to prorate volumes by days per month and to carry forward all comments before clicking "OK" to create the new Split.

NOTE: a new Consolidated Liquids Split can be created from a previous Consolidated Liquids Split by right clicking and choosing Create New Liquids Split From Template. The same window will open as for a Split.

Can I template multiple Form As?

Multiple Form As can be templated by checking the check boxes beside the forms you would like to template. This will highlight the form line in yellow.

Once you have all your forms selected, click "Template Form A(s)" from the options above the highlighted text.

A small window will open where you can select the month to template to, where the templated volumes will come from, whether you would like to prorate the volumes, and if you want to include the forms comments.

NOTE: Multiple Consolidated Liquids Form As can be templated by checking the check boxes and clicking the Template Forward button.

Can I template multiple Splits?

Multiple Splits can be templated by checking the check boxes to select multiple forms.

Click "Template Split(s)".

A small window will open requiring you to verify the Delivery Date, check the box to Prorate volumes by days per month, and carry forward all comments before clicking "OK" to create the new Splits.

NOTE: Multiple Consolidated Liquids Splits can be templated by checking the check boxes and clicking Template Forward. The same window will open as for templating multiple Splits.

Can I template a Chain of Custody?

You can use an existing "Chain of Custody Schedule (CS)" as a template for a new CS by right clicking on the "Chain of Custody Schedule" line and choosing "Use as Template For New CS".

Enter an optional comment and click "Create" from template. The new CS will be in the inactive status, and can be edited before being activated.

An individual Chain of Custody form (CC) can be templated from a "Chain of Custody Schedule" by right clicking and choosing "Create CC from CS".

Enter an optional comment and click "Create from Schedule". The CC will be in the next month's grid in Pending status, and changes can be made before submitting.

Can multiple Chain of Custody forms be templated?

Multiple Chain of Custody forms can be templated by checking the check boxes to select the forms.

Once you have selected your forms, click "Template Forward".

Choose whether to include comments using the check box, and click OK. The templated forms will be in the grid for the next month in Pending status, where changes can be made before submitting.

How do I template a Quality Specification?

Individual Quality Specifications (QS) can be templated by right clicking on them within the grid and choosing "Use as Template For New QS".

Enter an optional comment, then click "Template".

The new QS will appear in the grid in "Pending" status, where any adjustments can be made before activating the new QS.

NOTE: Only individual Quality Specifications can be templated.
