Incorrect Facility on a Form
If it is a Form A (not a revision), or Split not created off of a Form A, that has been submitted you can right click to select "Recall" to pull the form back into pending status and change the facility.
If the form is a revision or a Split created from a Form A you cannot change the facilities by recalling the form as the facilities have been locked in.
In this case, you would revise the Form A or Split and zero out all volumes.
If you are zeroing out a Split, ensure you update the Final Actual Volume by selecting "Edit FAV". This can be done by right clicking on the split and selecting "Edit FAV" from the drop down menu.
Enter 0.0 as the new final actual volume and a comment explaining why the form has been zeroed out. Once done, click the "Update Final Actual Volume" button.
You will now be able to go ahead and create a new form with the correct facilities.
