Why do I keep getting an error message saying I have a duplicate form?

One explanation is that you have already created a Form A for this month using this From/To Facility combination for this Product Type. If this is the case, you will have to use the existing From A as only one form can be created for each From/To facility and Product Type.

If there is a submitted/received Form A that has not yet been accepted by the To Facility, you will be unable to submit a Split. You can find the contact information for the To Facility in the Contact Details of the form, and request that the To Facility accepts the submitted/received form. If you have created a new pending Split, this should be deleted. Once the Form A has been accepted, you will be able to enter your Final Actual Volume, turning your Form A into a Split.
