To help alleviate confusion during the COTS - Splits form creation process, we’ve added a new "Request FAV” option on Form As not in the “Accepted” status.

This option will appear if your COTS – Form A is not yet in Accepted status and provide you the contact details for the facility operator responsible for acceptance of your Form A before you can enter in your COTS – Shipper Split

It happens, sometimes your form gets rejected, but knowing why your form is rejected as quickly as possible is more important.

We’ve brought the rejected messages front and centre. Any form that is rejected will now have a new notepad icon that communicates the rejection message when hovered over. Easy peasy.
