Features and Enhancements (Operator and Shipper Users)
COTS
Notice of Shipment – Added the ability to identify the stream on Notice of Shipment receipt volumes. This is for the cases where they may be required for some non-conventional volumes (Stream component composition).
System
Well Look-Up – We know many folks need to routinely look up well related information in order to ensure accuracy of data in relation to certain documents flowing between parties. You can now find the well information for all three western provinces available in our standard lookups menu with the same easy to use functionality as our other lookups.
Performance Loading – As we are always taking your feedback and looking to improve performance on the platform, we have restructured the functionality behind both Form C and Working Interest Split loading in an effort to ensure optimal performance.
Basic Form Improvement – We made a simple, yet important adjustment to the column header width on forms making it easier to read names and values.
Previously Identified Concerns
COTS
Our speed edit window is now again sizing correctly for both Form A’s and Splits edit (no more scroll bar)
Notice of Shipment
We addressed a concern whereby the Notice of Shipment printable would not load as expected.
We also addressed a role-based concern whereby the “Submit Notice of Shipment” security role was required in order to view Notices.
Form A / Splits
We addressed the concern whereby Split imports failed when a revised Form A and Split already existed
We sorted out the problem of recalling splits with limited roles that then in turn caused an error message
We addressed where opening the forms for viewing required them to be resaved
We also addressed the concern where the “accepted verified percentage” error was being thrown after a pending Split was recalled back to Accepted Form A status
Finally, we hid the ”Allocate By Percentage” Button on Splits
System
We have sorted out an error that was preventing users from resetting their password with the link generated from Petrotranz’ “Forgot Password” option
Our PDX PDF Form C functionality has been optimized to ensure the fastest and most efficient user experience. You should notice speedier load and open times.
We have corrected transfer points not appearing in the Look-Ups tool
We have sorted a concern where form a printable would load then quickly disappear preventing you from viewing your form’s printable

Notice of Shipment – Added the ability to identify the stream on Notice of Shipment receipt volumes. This is for the cases where they may be required for some non-conventional volumes (Stream component composition flag within Managed Facilities). Ask our team for more details regarding this new feature.
Flow through Form A – If you are receiving Form A’s for your facility which you are then required to submit downstream consolidated Form A’s for, these can now submit multiple flow through Form A’s for the same product type but different stream (this previously prevented forms from being submitted if locations and product type were the same even if the stream was different)
Flow Through Form A – We addressed the concern whereby the To Operator contact details would not automatically load (Would this not be in the Facility Operator Portal?)
LTS
Liquids NOS
We have amended a scenario where an NOS loaded an invalid contact to a form if that user was deleted from the system, you should no longer receive this error or a locked form going forward.
Consolidated Liquids Splits/Form A
We’ve amended the form where your composition calculation tool on the bottom of the form disappears when submitting, causing some confusion and frustration when wanting to see your calculated breakdown.
We’ve updated the forms to no longer be able to change details when the form is in a rejected status.
We’ve sorted out Liquids Form As and Splits forms not loading printables when trying to open them within your portal
We’ve amended the concern where some users were experiencing forms loading with invalid/deleted contacts; Causing their forms to error causing frustration during creation and submission
Liquids Form B – Liquids Form Bs were not visible as intended in Shipper portals, this has since been amended and users who weren’t able to see these can now see them correctly.
