We’ve changed the way contacts on Form As, Shipper Splits and Notices of Shipment appear. Now, the contact information that appear on forms will show the last person that performed an action on it (Submitted, Revised, Accepted, Rejected).

Within the LTS Notice of Shipment, on the Shipper Transfer In/Out sections, the volume that your counterparties have inputted will appear as reference providing greater transparency.

We’ve added a Feature Request button where you can send enhancements ideas directly to our product team for review. We’ll be sure to follow up promptly with you to discuss further!

When opening a PDX (Form C, Producer Activity, etc.) rather than waiting for the file to download into a PDF reader, the report will open faster in a web browser

Previously when you downloaded multiple PDX documents at once, it would download a zip file with all individual documents saved within. Now, we’ve added a “Combine Documents” button that enables you to combine multiple reports into one file.

If you have multiple accounts for the same company (ie. Shipper, Operator, Facility Portal), we’ve enhanced the ‘linking’ process so you only have to link one user profile to another (ie. Shipper to Operator) and the system will do the rest!

We’ve updated all search functions to wait 1 full second before beginning to work on the search term.

We’ve added a splash of colour to this button so it’s more obvious to users!

Above any PDX and Operational Notification grids, a ‘subscribe’ button now appears allowing you to subscribe to incoming notifications and PDX documents
