Shipper Portal Roles


Admin Roles

Company Administrator: Company Administrator has complete access to all company portal actions available as well as control of company administrative features found in the Administration tab.

User Administrator: User Administrator has the ability to create, edit and remove users within the company portal.

User Policy Administrator: User Policy Administrators can edit the Company Details and update user password policies within the company portal.

COTS Roles

COTS View - Only Role: This allows the user to only view any of the COTS Crude Oil/Condensate forms in the company portal

Data Integrations Role: The Web-Service Exports role allows a user to use our SOAP services or REST APIs to export reference data and COTS/LTS/PDX documents out of their Shipper portal.

Marketing Splits Contact Role: The marketing splits contact role is used to designate a user as a contact on a working interests.

Notice of Shipment Action Role - Crude Oil/Condensate: Allows the user to create and interact with COTS Notices of Shipment.

LTS Roles

LTS View - Only Role: This allows the user to only view any of the LTS Liquids forms in the company portal.

Notice of Shipment Action Role - Liquids: Allows the user to create and interact with LTS Notices of Shipment.

PDX Roles

Financial Reports Role: Ability to view and interact with all Shipper PDX Financial Reports published from/to your company.

Volumetric Reports Role: Ability to view and interact with all Shipper PDX Volumetric Reports published from/to your company.
