Facility Operator Portal Roles

Admin Roles

Company Administrator: Company Administrator has complete access to all company portal actions available as well as control of company administrative features found in the Administration tab.

User Administrator: User Administrator has the ability to create, edit and remove users within the company portal.

User Policy Administrator: User Policy Administrators can edit the Company Details and update user password policies within the company portal.

COTS Roles

COTS View - Only Role: This allows the user to only view any of the COTS Crude Oil/Condensate forms in the company portal.

Form A Action Role - Crude Oil/Condensate: This Form A Role allows the user to interact with COTS Form As.

Form C Action Role - Crude Oil/Condensate: This Form C Role allows the user to interact with COTS Form Cs.

Shipper Splits Action Role - Crude Oil/Condensate: This Shipper Splits role allows the user to interact with COTS Splits. This includes the ability to import and export Volumetrics.

LTS Roles

Form A Action Role - Liquids: This Liquids Form A role allows the user to interact with LTS Form As and Consolidated Liquids Form As.

LTS View - Only Role: This allows the user to only view any of the LTS Liquids forms in the company portal.

Shipper Splits Action Role - Liquids: This Liquids Shipper Splits role allows the user to interact with LTS Splits and Consolidated Liquids Form As.

PDX Roles

Data Integrations Role: The Web-Service Exports role allows a user to use our SOAP services or REST APIs to export reference data and COTS/LTS/PDX/PQM documents out of their Facility Operator portal.

Financial Reports Role: Ability to view and interact with all Facility Operator PDX Financial Reports published from/to your company.

Volumetric Reports Role: Ability to view and interact with all Facility Operator PDX Volumetric Reports published from/to your company.
