Create a Smart Folder
How can I create a customized Smart Folder?
1. Change the month using the calendar drop down menu
2. Choose the type of form (ie Form As & Splits)
3. Click "Layout" which is located to the right of the search bar
4. Click "Columns", "Grouping", or "Sorting"
5. Move columns using the left/right and up/down arrows, or by choosing how to group or sort the grid
6. Click "Accept"
7. Click "Create Folder" which is located to the right side of the search bar
8. Type a "Name" to save the custom grid view under, and then press the "Save" button. Once this is completed, New Smart Folder will appear on the left side menu for future use
*You also have the ability to change your grid layout by clicking and dragging the columns from the main grid into your desired order.
Note: The customized grid for these forms only will be saved within the Smart Folder
Renaming a Smart Folder
1. Under the "Smart Folders" tab, click on the the folder you want to rename
2. Click "Smart Folder" which is located by the search bar, then click on "Rename"
3. Enter the new name for the smart folder and then click "Rename". The folder is now renamed.
Delete a Smart Folder
1. Under the "Smart Folders" tab, click on the the folder you want to delete
2. Click "Smart Folder", then click "Delete" from the drop down options
3. Click "Delete" to confirm the action
Export Grid Contents
1. Change the month using the calendar drop down menu
2. Choose the type of form (ie Form As & Splits)
3. Click "Export"
4. Choose "Excel" or "Pdf" from the drop down options
5. Click on downloaded file to open (this will differ based on the web browser you are using)
