Form export options will only be available if your company is set-up within the Facility Operator portal and has an Enterprise License enabled.*

When a company is set-up within Petrotranz, specific licenses may be enabled to add extended functionality when using the Petrotranz platform. These new functionalities will be dependent on which tier of service your company is currently signed up for: Regular, Basic, Enterprise.

Exporting Form A / Split

*Facility Operator Enterprise License must be enabled

1. Ensure all Form As and Splits are Accepted/Approved

2. Select the forms you wish to export to XML using the check boxes on the grid

3. Once selected, click the "Export" drop-down option on the grid action bar

4. For Form As hover over, "Petrotranz Form A / Form A V2" (V2 contains WIO details)

5. For Splits, hover over, "Petrotranz Split / Split V2" (V2 contains WIO details)

6. Select "Export All" to export all selected forms to an XML format

7. Select "Export New" to export files that have not yet been export using this function

8. By checking off all the forms (even those already exported) within the grid and selecting Export New this ensures you only export files you have not yet received. This prevents you from having to individually select forms and potentially miss a new one.

9. Once your download is complete, you will find it in the downloads bar of your browser.

Exporting Notice of Shipment to XML from Grid

*Facility Operator Enterprise License must be enabled

1. Ensure all Notice of Shipments are Accepted

2. Select the forms you wish to export to XML using the checkboxes

3. Once selected, click the Export drop-down option on the grid action bar

4. Select "Notice of Shipment"

5. Select "Export All" to export all selected forms to an XML format

6. Select "Export New" to export files that have not yet been export using this function

7. By checking off all the forms (even those already exported) within the grid and selecting "Export New" this ensures you only export files you have not yet received. This prevents you from having to individually select forms and potentially miss a new one.

8. Once your download is complete, you will find it in the downloads bar of your browser.
