Dashboard Widgets
What widgets do I have access to on my main Petrotranz Dashboard?
The widgets can be found and always accessed by clicking the "Dashboard" button located to the left of the screen under the "Home" section
Variance
This widget provides you with the variance for your top outliers for the selected month.
This information is created by comparing the volumes on Form As and the actual volumes entered on Splits. This can be viewed two ways by clicking Table or Chart in the upper right corner of the widget.
To view a more in depth report, click Full Report in the bottom left corner to be brought to the full report for the month.
COTS Forecast Totals
This widget contains aggregated product totals reported into the Petrotranz COTS system.
LTS Forecast Totals
This widget contains aggregated product totals reported into the Petrotranz LTS system.
Current State
This will show you the total number of forms and based on the status they are in.
You can use this tool to bring up any form available in the system to review the form count and their status.
Recently Viewed Documents
This will contain your six most recently viewed forms with their current status.
The form number on the left acts as a link, allowing you to open this form directly from your dashboard.
