Where can I access my password policy settings for my company?

To know more about how your company portal's security policies are currently set, please reach out to your company portal administrator who will have access to these settings.
Petrotranz is making a conscious effort to contact administrators directly to ensure their company portals are set-up with the minimum suggested security policy settings outlined below.

Petrotranz Suggested Security Policy Settings:
Main Policy Settings:
Minimum character length: 12
Never Expire passwords
Can't reuse passwords for 1 year
Lock account after 90 days of inactivity
Max 5 invalid attempts before account lock
Additional Options:
Never allow a password to be reused
Never Expire passwords
Require a number and a character
Require a special character !@#$)
Notify administrators on account exceptions and locks
How to Access/Update Password Policy Settings:
1. Click on the "Administration" tab.
2. Click the "Edit Company Details" button.
3. Click on the "Password Policy" tab.
4. Once you complete edits to your Password Policy, ensure you click on the "Save" button.
