Add Assigned Facilities to a User
How do I add assigned facilities to a user?
1. Click "Administration"
2. Click "Users"
3. Double click on the user. A new window will open, then click on the "Assigned Facilities" tab located to the left of the screen
4. Click the "Add Assigned Facility" button
5. Search for a facility by using search field
6. Click on the correct facility in the results grid to highlight it and click "Select"
7. The Facility will appear in the list of Assigned Facilities for the user
8. Click on the "Save" button located to the top left of the screen
Add Limited Facilities to a User
How do I add limited facilities to a user?
1. Click "Administration"
2. Click "Users"
3. Double click on the user. A new window will open, then click on the "Limited Facilities" tab located to the left of the screen
4. Click on the "Add Limited Facilities" button
5. Search for a facility by using the search field
6. Click on the correct facility in the results grid to highlight it and click Select
7. The Facility will appear in the list of Limited Facilities for the user
8. Click on the "Save" button located to the top left of the screen
