Creating Liquids Notice of Shipment

How do I create a Liquids Notice of Shipment?

1. Choose the desired month by using the calendar drop down menu

2. Click "Liquids Notice of Shipment" under the "LTS" section on the left side of the screen

3. Click on the "New" button, select the "Liquids Notice of Shipment"

4. On the "Delivery Details" tab, click the " Facility Code" picker icon

5. Search for desired System Group (pipeline), click "Accept"

6. Select the desired "Product" under the "Delivery Details" tab

7. Click the "Update" button located to the left of the screen (this will pull in Accepted Form A/C data)

8. Click the "Available Supply" tab located to the left of the screen

9. Enter the "Opening Inventory"

10. Click "All Available Receipts"

11. Click "Add Facility"

12. At the bottom of the screen, search for the facility "Code" by clicking the black drop down arrow

13. Click the small black arrow at the end of the row

14. Click "Add Receipt", select a "Code" using the drop down arrow and enter your "Expected Volume"

15. Click "In From Shipper"

16. Click "Add Shipper"

17. At the bottom of the screen, search and select "Shipper" by using the drop down arrow.

18. Select a "Transfer Point" by clicking the picker icon

19. Select a "Product" by clicking the picker icon

20. Enter the "Expected Volume", select "Fixed" or "Swing" by clicking the picker icon

21. Click the "Dispositions" tab

22. Add "Retention Stock"

23. Click "Out To Facility"

24. Click "Add Facility"

25. At the bottom of the screen, select "Code" by clicking the black drop down arrow

26. Select "Transfer Point" by clicking the picker icon

27. Select "Product" by clicking the picker icon

28. Enter "Expected Volume", select "Fixed" or "Swing" by clicking the picker icon

29. Click "Out To Shipper"

30. Click "Add Shipper"

31. At the bottom of the screen, select a "Shipper" by clicking the black drop down arrow

32. Select "Transfer Point" by clicking the picker icon

33. Select "Product" by clicking the picker icon

34. Enter "Expected Volume", select "Fixed" or "Swing" by clicking the picker icon

35. Click "Inventory Position" to view Liquids NOS Summary

36. Click on the "Save" button located at the top of the screen
