Create New Consolidated Liquids Splits
How do I create a new Consolidated Liquids Split?
1. Change month using drop down menu
2. Click "Consolidated Liquids Splits" which is located on the column to the left of the screen
3. Click the "New" button at the top of the screen, then select "Consolidated Liquids Split" from the menu
4. Enter in the "Date" and "Final Actual Volume", then click "OK"
5. Under the "From Facility" section, Select a "Facility" from the drop down menu, or select "Show more values" to search
6. Click on the "Actual Volumes" tab located to the left side of the screen
7. Select the "Product Type" from the drop down menu menu, or select "Show more values" to search
8. Click "Add Producer/Shipper"
9. Select the "Producer" from the available options, or select "Show more values" to search
10. Select the "Shipper" from the available options, or select "Show more values" to search
11. "Add Split Volumes" to components, ensuring total volumes match the "Final Actual Volume" entered
12. Click the "Save" button located to the top left of the screen
Submit Consolidated Liquids Split
How do I submit my Consolidated Liquids Split that I have already created?
1. Within the "Consolidated Liquids Split", click the "Submit" which is located to the left of the screen as well
2. Enter an optional comment and click "Submit" to confirm the action
