Template Single Shipper Split
How do I template my Shipper Split forward?
1. Change month using calendar drop down menu
2. Click "Form As & Splits" under the "COTS" section
3. Right click on the form to template, then click "Template Split"
4. Select month to template into. Then enter your "final actual volume"
5. Check the check mark boxes to select whether to prorate volumes by days per month and whether to include all previous comments. Then click "OK" to finish the process
Template Multiple Shipper Splits
How do I template forward multiple Splits at one time?
1. Change month using calendar drop down menu
2. Click "Form As & Splits" under the "COTS" section
3. Check the check mark boxes beside desired Form As
4. Click the "Template Splits" button on the action bar above
5. Select month to template into
6. Check the check mark boxes to select whether to prorate volumes by days per month and whether to include all previous comments. Then click "OK" to finish the process
