How do I create a new Consolidated Liquids Form A?
1. Change month using calendar menu.
2. Click 'Consolidated Liquids Form As' located under the 'Liquid Transportation System (LTS)' section.
3. Click on the "New" button located at the top of the screen, and choose 'Consolidated Liquids Form A'.
4. Use the picker icon to choose the 'From Facility' and 'To Facility' codes.
5. Review the 'Contact Details' tab, which autofill upon facility selection.
6. Click on the 'Forecast Volumes' tab.
7. Choose the 'Product Type' from the drop-down options.
8. Click the 'Component Composition' button and fill in the corresponding percentage for each liquid component (must equal 100%). Once done, click on the 'OK' button.
9. Click 'Add Producer/Shipper'.
10. Choose the desired Producer.
11. Choose the desired Shipper.
12. Repeat Steps 17-19 as required for as many Producer/Shipper lines you need to add.
13. Click the "Save" button.
Submit Consolidated Liquids Form A
How do I submit my Consolidated Liquids Form A that is already created?
1. Within the form, click the 'Submit' button.
2. Enter an Optional Comment and click 'Submit' to confirm the action.
