Update Stream on a Accepted Form A
How do I update the stream on my Accepted Form A?
Please note: Streams can only be updated by the Receiving Facility Operator from within the Facility Portal.
1. Choose month from calendar menu.
2. Click 'Form As & Splits'.
3. Right click on the Form A that you would like to update. Choose 'Update Verified Percentage' from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose 'New Assigned Stream'.
5. Enter a comment. Click the 'Updating Verified Percentage' button.
Update Stream on Multiple, Accepted Form As
How do I update the stream on multiple, Accepted Form As?
1. Choose month from calendar menu.
2. Click 'Form As & Splits'.
3. Check the boxes beside the Form As you would like to update.
4. Select the 'Update Verified %' button within the grid action menu.
5. Choose 'New Assigned Stream' from available options in menu. Add a required comment. Once this is finished, simply click on the 'Updating Verified Percentage' button.
