Recalling a Form A
1. On a Submitted Form A, right click and choose Recall.
2. A window will open asking if you would like to add any comments. Click the Recall button.
3. Confirm the recall by clicking Continue.
4. Your Form A will be pushed back into Pending status and open for you to make changes.
After making your changes click Save, followed by Submit.
Revising a Form A
1. Right click on a Form A in Rejected or Accepted status and select Revise.
2. A window will open asking if you would like to add any comments. Click the Revise button.
3. A Pending Form A with an R1 (number will increase with each revision) suffix on the form number will open, enabling the required changes to be made.
4. Click Save and then Submit once you have updated your form.
Note: The previous Form A will remain accessible within the system for historical reference.
