Upload Form A via CSV Import
1. Log into your Operator Portal account and navigate to the Form As & Splits grid.
2. Click the Import Form As button along the top menu bar of your grid.
3. A window will open where you will click the Choose File button to select your CSV file.
*Prior to uploading please ensure your CSV file is in the correct format. Incorrect file formats will fail to upload.
4. Upon selecting your CSV file the Load File button will become available to click.
