End points that must be enabled and not blocked by any system firewalls to ensure that the Lens platform functions as expected

  • *.woodmac.com

  • *.mapbox.com

  • fonts.gstatic.com

  • ld-bulk-external-prod-extracts.s3.amazonaws.com

  • wmplat-blob-storage-api-prod.s3.amazonaws.com

  • api.amplitude.com

  • fonts.googleapis.com

  • fonts.gstatic.com

  • *.hotjar.com

  • *.launchdarkly.com

  • *.intercom.io

  • *.intercomcdn.com

  • *.intercomassets.com

  • Services require access to port 443 as standard for HTTPS access

  • WebGL needs to be enabled within the browser – this can be checked here: https://get.webgl.org/

  • We support the latest versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge

    • For Safari not all functionality is guaranteed to work as expected

    • IE11 is not compatible.
