The latest installer for GEM is available as a zip file under the Downloads section of the Upstream GEM - Desktop report, located as follows:
In the 'Search' bar, type 'Upstream GEM - Desktop report'
Click the report, and open the zip file located on the right-hand side of the page - this will automatically download the zip file onto your computer
3. Extract the installer to your local drive
4.Run the setup application to install GEM
5. You will be asked to enter an installation key. The key has been provided to your organisation and may require internal authorisation to access. If you are unable to locate your licence key, please contact one of our Agents
