The latest GEM installer is available as a ZIP file in the Report downloads section of the <a href="https://lens.woodmac.com/reports?document_id=396744" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Upstream GEM - Desktop</a> report in Lens.

In Lens, search for Upstream GEM - Desktop.

Open the report and select Report downloads.

Extract the downloaded ZIP file to a local folder.

Run the setup application to install GEM.

During installation, you will be asked to enter an Authorisation Key. This is also commonly referred to as the licence key and is provided to your organisation.

1. In Lens, search for Upstream GEM - Desktop.
2. Open the report and select Report downloads.
   
    
3. Download the ZIP file to your computer.
4. Extract the downloaded ZIP file to a local folder.
5. Run the setup application to install GEM.
6. During installation, you will be asked to enter an Authorisation Key. This is also commonly referred to as the licence key and is provided to your organisation.
