What is the Oil Supply Service?
This service is a combination of Oil supply research reports and the Oil Supply Tool (OST).
It lets you understand the prospects for future oil and NGL supply.
Underpinned by our field-by-field supply data our objective analysis of the prospects for oil and NGL supply also provides detailed written analysis for the top producing countries and forecasts for crude streams entering the market
Elements unique to this service include:
top-down supply risking at a country level to capture likely project delays and operating issues, without penalising individual assets,
some minor countries not covered in our Lens Upstream platform - including Cuba, Belarus, and Chile
total liquids production for onshore US Lower 48 to include output from producers not covered in Lens Upstream
natural gas liquids (NGLs) production from gas plant facilities, some of which falls outside the upstream fiscal ring-fence
unconventionals (biofuels, coal-to-liquids, gas-to-liquids, oil shale (mined kerogen)
processing gains to account for volume changes that occur across the refining system
future elements of supply beyond modelled projects, such as reserves growth, yet-to-find (including frontier) and tight oil potential outside North America
