The Interconnection queue dashboard in Lens Power will respond to several filters including state, market, zone, energy source, and technology.

The top summary cards show key statistics such as the total number of planned projects and amount of capacity waiting in the queue, as well as average time to completion by project type.

Use the (i) next to each component to learn more about the metrics being displayed:

The planned interconnection queue capacity… chart shows the total number of projects and amount of capacity requested each year based on request date. The chart settings can be used to change the color by options:

The top [X] by planned connection queue capacity chart ranks locations and project types by the amount of capacity currently waiting in the queue by considering projects in the queue in an under construction, in progress, or inactive phase. The chart settings can be used to change the X axis and color by options.

The sunburst chart provides an alternative view into investigating relationships between the attributes of projects who are currently waiting in the queue. The total amount of capacity currently in the queue is visualized in the center, and level 1 and 2 can show attributes based on location, status, or project type:

The top [X] by average time to completion chart looks at the average amount of time it takes a project to go through the queue from request date to operational date, proposed operational date, or withdrawn date and ranks the averages based on location and project type. The X axis and color by options can be changed in the chart settings:
