1. Log into account.woodmac.com here;
2. Click on “TA Preferences” at the bottom of the left-hand list;
3. Ensure the toggle below the “General email preferences” heading is set to “Your alerts are currently active”;
4. Select the reports you would like to receive;
5. Ensure to hit “Save Preferences” in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
6. Please go through the process one additional time to make sure the preferences saved correctly. If you do not get emails going forward, please contact support@woodmac.com
