Why does Wood Mackenzie provide quarterly price forecasts but not historical quarterly price data?

In some cases, we use third-party data providers for historical pricing information. When this is the case, the data source is clearly indicated beneath the relevant tables in our reports. Due to contractual agreements with these providers, we are typically not permitted to publish historical quarterly price data.
