Navigate to the power_plant table, Apply the filters as in the image below
For other technology types, just change the name to what you seek noting that the names or titles are case sensitive

Country – Super Region – Europe
Asset-Powerplant – specification – Energy source – wind - Technology – offshore wind
Navigate to the power plant summary table and export the data and filter for floating offshore in the technology column in the exported file
