How can I update my Accepted/Rejected form?
On the "Accepted" or "Rejected" form, right click and choose "Revise".
By choosing "Revise", a new version of the form is created with an R1 suffix for the first revision of that form. Once changes to the form contents have been made, the R1 form will need to be submitted again for approval.
The original form will remain in Petrotranz for historical reference, but only the revised form will be recognized by the system going forward.
