    • The tool both announced deals, and potential deals within the Deal Pipeline

    • The M&A tool does not contain deals which only involve non-upstream assets, only involve exploration acreage or have a consideration (or assumed consideration) of less than US$10 million

How often is the content updated?

The M&A tool is updated weekly. Deal insights are added and published as soon as possible after a deal is announced. Where an announced deal falls through, it is removed from the M&A tool.
